Advisory Board Members

Art Smith, LEED Accredited Professional
Canseco Energy and Environmental

Art is an expert in energy and environmental business drivers. His consulting practice includes guiding clients through third-party certification processes, carbon footprinting, and climate change strategies. Art began his career as an engineer working closely with clients to design, install and operate HVAC systems in commercial and institutional buildings. He then spent 10 years building and managing a diverse sales team responsible for delivering a broad portfolio of HVAC products and services. Today, he leads Canseco Energy and Environmental which guides property owners and managers of all types and sizes in their sustainability efforts.

Brian Moore, LEED Accredited Professional
EES, LLC

Brian is the CEO and Managing Member of EES, LLC, which provides consultative services on achieving LEED certification.  LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a nationally accepted third-party certification program for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings. Brian concentrates his efforts on LEED’s EBOM Program (Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance). He helps property owners and managers in relation to operations, improvements and maintenance, with a goal of maximizing operational efficiency and minimizing environmental effects.

Dusty Rowland
Mainstay Insurance Group, Inc.

Dusty is President and CEO of Mainstay Insurance Group, Inc. He brings a diverse skill set to AGPOM having served in a variety of leadership roles throughout his career. In addition to advising AGPOM on daily business matters, Dusty is also responsible for maximizing the value of our insurance and loss control programs. He brings 25 years of insurance industry expertise, much of which was spent managing custom insurance products.

Eric Arthur, CPCU, CIC
Mainstay Insurance Group, Inc.

Eric is the Executive Vice President of Mainstay Insurance Group, Inc. He is responsible for the design and distribution of AGPOM’s insurance products.  He spent the past 10 years in specialty insurance underwriting and sales. In addition to his insurance efforts, Eric also participates in AGPOM's development efforts and long-term strategic planning.
